Cyberloafing is becoming a common problem in every organization that directly affects organizational productivity. In this study we are going to the influence of abusive supervision on cyberloafing, further, studying mediating effect emotional exhaustion generated due behaviour, motivating employees towards cyberloafing. The data were collected from 150 working Saif Textile Mills Ltd & Kohat Ltd, Pakistan through questionnaires. sample was drawn using convenience sampling technique. This used SPSS 25 and process Hayes (2013) model 4 for analysis fitness CFA (AMOS 22). findings demonstrate significantly positively cyberloafing also mediates relation significantly. Therefore conclude main factor be exhausted ultimately move Based these finding managers plays vital role maintain environment friendly.
